Please use our Advanced Search Function to search for a specific item. Typing in the "style code number" or SKU of the item that you are looking for does come in handy. If there are no matches for your query, it means that the item is currently out of stock.
3. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. International customers need to order a minimum of MYR150 worth of goods (excluding shipping). Orders below that amount will be automatically canceled.
4. Do you do COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, we don't.
5. How long does it take for my package to arrive once I have made payment?
We normally ship within 24 hours (excluding some Saturdays and public holidays). It will take roughly 1-2 working days for your package to arrive to Semenanjung, and 2-3 working days for Sabah/Sarawak.
6. How can I track my order?

7. Can you ship my order using other courier services?
Sorry, for Malaysia orders we only ship via POSLAJU. We have been in business for more than 2 years and you can be rest assured we have not had any complaints with poslaju.
8. I want to make payment. May I have your bank account number please?
Bank account number will be given once you have confirmed your order.
9. Do you accept returns?
Due to sanitary reasons, there will be no exchanges. All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
10. What is the shipping cost to Malaysia?
RM6 to Semenanjung and RM8 to Sabah/Sarawak. Shipping is free when you order minimum 2 lingerie sets. Take note that panty/g-strings/c-strings/stockings are not considered as a lingerie set. If you buy lingerie defects you are not entitled to free shipping.
11. What is the shipping cost to overseas?
We will calculate shipping cost after you have confirmed your order, as shipping varies for each country.
12. How good is the material quality and workmanship?
We buy from 13 different suppliers. Material quality and workmanship varies for each design and manufacturer. We have given our own personal rating for each style. Designs with a 4 or 5 star rating for material and workmanship are generally good and highly recommended. Example of rating:
