1. Why won't you accept orders via SMS/Email?
- Prone to error. You send us a quick sms on the styles that you want. You write RTT112183 but actually you wanted RTT112184. Then there is the color mistake. You want white, but you write black. Well, wrong color is not as bad as writing down the wrong size. This is a BIG deal if you are ordering plus size. What is worse is giving us the wrong address or changing your address every two minutes via SMS! Or better still us getting the right address wrong. Mistakes can happen but they sure happen a lot via SMS.
- No record of you order. When you order on our website, we will have a record of what styles you have ordered, your shipping address, etc so if there is any problems with your order we can easily check. Not so when you order via SMS. In almost 100% of the time, we have to waste time sifting through our phone for the sms (that's if we haven't deleted it yet) and looking for the correct poslaju invoice for the tracking number. When you order online, all information (including tracking number) is viewed on one little neat page.
- Ordering items that are sold out. Only items that are available are viewable on the website. Sold out items can be viewed though in facebook, forums and other places. One might try to order a "sold out" item via SMS -- by writing out the style code that they copy from facebook. Or, one might try to order a style in a color (or size) which is simply not available. Again this goes hand in hand with point nombor one: it is easy to make this kind of "error" when ordering via SMS.
- Waste of time. 3 minutes to order on website. 30 minutes to order via phone.

3. There is an item on facebook which I fancy, but I can't seem to find it on your website? OR I am looking for this <style code number> and this <style code number>. Can you please help me?
Please use our Advanced Search Function to search for a specific item. Typing in the "style code number" or SKU of the item that you are looking for does come in handy. If there are no matches for your query, it means that the item is currently out of stock.
4. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do.
5. Do you do COD?
No, we don't.
6. How long does it take for my package to arrive once I have made payment?
We normally ship within 24 hours (excluding some Saturdays and public holidays). It will take roughly 1-2 working days for your package to arrive to Semenanjung, and 1-3 working days for Sabah/Sarawak.
7. Can you ship my order using other courier services?
Sorry, for Malaysia orders we only ship via POSLAJU. We have been in business for more than 2 years and you can be rest assured we have not had any complaints with poslaju.
8. I want to make payment. May I have your bank account number please?
Bank account number will be given once you have confirmed your order.
9. Do you accept returns?
Due to sanitary reasons, there will be no exchanges. All items are brand new, and will be carefully checked before being dispatched. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of the package or content during shipment.
10. What is the shipping cost to Malaysia?
RM6 to Semenanjung and RM8 to Sabah/Sarawak. Shipping is free when you order minimum 2 lingerie sets. Take note that panty/g-strings/c-strings/stockings are not considered as a lingerie set.
11. What is the shipping cost to overseas?
We will calculate shipping cost after you have confirmed your order, as shipping varies for each country.
12. How good is the material quality and workmanship?
We buy from 13 different suppliers. Material quality and workmanship varies for each design and manufacturer. We have given our own personal rating for each style. Designs with a 4 or 5 star rating for material and workmanship are generally good and highly recommended. Example of rating:
